Adjustable Wolf Tooth Elevator

adjustable wolf tooth elevator features an aluminum handle which
holds a stainless steel elevator blade The blade's length can be

Martell Wolf Tooth Elevator
Martell
Wolf Tooth Elevators have a weighted brass handle and
stainless steel blade to provide the perfect balance for removing

Three-Prong Molar Extractors
These Three-Prong Extractors are specifically designed to remove molars from aged horses that have very little crown. They are also useful for removing deciduous premolar caps in young horses. They are available in two configurations; right and left (which refers to the side that has the single tooth when it is viewed tooth side up from the front). They are normally used with the single prong to the lingual side of the tooth. For complete instrumentation it is recommended they be purchased in pairs.
These extractors have a box joint for extra strength and are 19” in length with knurled handles. Made of stainless steel in the USA.

Four Prong Molar Extractor
The Four-Prong molar extractor is designed to remove teeth that are irregular or geriatric or have a short crown. They are available in two sizes, 15” and 19”. The 15 inch version is built on a smaller, thinner, very high strength, stainless steel frame. It is designed for ponies and miniature horses, but is strong enough to work well on large horses. The 19" Four Prong Extractors are more universal. They work well for removing molar caps on young horses and molars on middle aged horses. They also work well on some fractured molars, and extremely well on geriatric horses. Both extractors feature a box joint and are made of stainless steel in the USA.

Gary’s Cap Extractors
These cap extractors are modifications of two of the most
functional and
popular cap extractors ever made - the Reynold’s and Gowing’s. They
offer
increased dexterity to easily remove even the most difficult teeth.
Both
extractors are imported from England and made of stainless steel.
The Upper Cap Extractor is similar to a Reynold’s but with the
"hooks" and
"horns" removed. The resulting forcep is lighter and more versatile
in reaching
caps and can be used in either hand. It is 14" in overall length.
Gary's Lower Cap Extractor is patterned after the Gowing’s but has been modified to improve its grip and balance. It is 15-1/2" in overall length.

Reynold’s Cap Extractors

OED Four Prong Cap Extractor
The OED Extractor is for removing
both upper and lower caps. The four prongs are designed to grab

Hewson's Extractor
The Hewson's Extractor is a reproduction of an extractor that was first made in the early 1900's. It features serrated jaws that grip the tooth tightly for greater leverage and is designed primarily for removing caps. It can also be used to remove small molars. Its head is 7/8" long and 1-1/4" wide. It is 13" long, has box jaws and is made of stainless steel in England.

Cap and Molar Extractors
These Cap and Molar Extractor have
serrated jaws and are similar to a Hewson's Extractor. However, they
have straight handles and a larger head (3/4" long by 1" wide) which
makes them a more universal extractor for both caps and small molars.
They are 19" in length, made of stainless steel in the USA and feature
a box joint for extra strength. They are available with or without a
built-in, adjustable fulcrum for improved leverage. The unit
pictured above does not have a fulcrum.

Molar Separator/Spreader
We offer
a Universal Upper/Lower Molar Separator/ Spreader for loosening
teeth prior to extraction. It is available with either the standard
thicker head or with the new thinner head. This instrument replaces
the traditional upper and lower spreaders and is a compromise
between the two. It can be used on most upper and lower molars. It
is made of stainless steel in the USA and measures 19" in length. It
has a box joint for extra strength.

Extracting Fulcrums
Our Standard Extracting Fulcrum has two different sized heads that are small and thin enough to fit easily into the arcade. They are slightly offset from ninety degrees to allow easier placement by an assistant. The two heads can be used in either side of the jaw and allow for either 1/2" or 3/4" elevations. The fulcrum is made of stainless steel and measures 19" overall.
Our Three-Headed Extracting Fulcrum has three exchangeable heads of different sizes to give the practitioner a wide choice of extracting angles. The heads swivel for ease of placement on the arcade and slide easily off the body when they need to be changed. The body of the fulcrum measures 14” long and has a ball handle on one end to provide a secure grip. It is made of stainless steel in the USA. The fulcrum heads measure 1/2”, 5/8” and 3/4” high and are made from brass to minimize enamel chipping. They have a broad flat base to engage more than one tooth at a time and can be used on all arcades.
